I finally hit onederland!
My grandsons were always my motivation! I want to be able to keep up with them and because I have lost 223lbs since 10/21/2021 , I now am that Gigi that doesn't have to sit on the sidelines and watch, I can join in and do things with them! It hasn't always been easy, but it has always been worth it! I needed this win this week with having a knee injury, I have a MRI scheduled for Tuesday so I will see what that says, I'm hoping no surgery because I have several races scheduled already in 2026 , one being a 20 mile hike in September, so I have training that I need to do to work up to be able to do 20 miles in 8 hours.

Trying to get started
I started an Aquafit class for every Tuesday and Thursdays. I an hoping this helps. I also have been looking at the treadmill I have in the basement and trying to push myself to using it. Not sure why I canโ€™t motivate myself to get fit. I am constantly making excuses for why I do nothing.

aquafit is a great option for exercise!! well done for pushing yourself to get to those classes I also have weights at home that I never useโ€” I enjoy going to the gym, and using the weights there. Sometimes you just have to get out of your normal environment to feel motivated
