Hi everyone!!! I'm new to the group, but not new to using GLP-1. I've been on peptides since June of 2025 and have lost almost 40 pounds, but I'm in somewhat of a plateau. I'm terrified of regaining the weight!
Hi everyone, I’ve reached my goal weight with Zepbound 5 mg weekly. I would still like to lose an additional 5 pounds for maintenance purposes. I’m wondering whether I should space out my 5 mg doses or microdose a lower amount weekly instead. I’d appreciate any advice.
