I’m looking to connect with a few automation devs / n8n builders for upcoming client installs.When I sign clients, I’ll provide full system architecture and flows — you’ll implement based on my scopes. Here’s the Tier-1 System Scope (3 modules): 1️⃣ Voice Agent (Call Handling System) - Tool stack: Twilio Voice + n8n + Vapi (or Retell) - Detect inbound calls → AI greets caller, qualifies with 3–4 prompts - Logs transcript + caller info → Airtable - Sends missed-call summary via email/SMS to team 2️⃣ Email Agent - Tool stack: Gmail API + n8n + OpenAI - Detect inbound lead emails (from webform / portal) - AI reads message → sends polite human-tone response in <2 min - Creates record in Airtable (name, email, message, response) - Optionally forwards to agent calendar or CRM 3️⃣ WhatsApp / SMS Agent - Tool stack: Twilio WhatsApp / SMS + n8n + OpenAI - New message triggers AI reply (lead qualification template) - Collects name, intent, budget → saves to Airtable - Alerts agent via Slack / email when a lead is marked “Hot” 🔹 Each module plugs into the same Airtable Hub (Leads, Responses, Bookings tables). 🔹 QA checklist + credentials provided per install. 🔹 Expected delivery: 7–10 days / project. 🔹 Budget: Will Discuss / install. 💡 Bonus Opportunity (After Tier 1 Roll-Out): If you also understand how to build an Appraisal AI Agent for real-estate — one that can pre-qualify property appraisal requests, estimate value ranges, or route to valuation forms — mention it. We’ll be rolling this out after the first few client installs, and those with domain-specific experience will get first priority on that project line. 🧠 My Voice Agent not capturing email IDs correctly — need help!
Hey everyone 👋 I’m facing an issue where my AI receptionist isn’t capturing email IDs accurately during calls. For example, when a caller says “hari10@gmail.com”, it gets transcribed as “harry ten @ gmail.com”. I’m not sure if the problem lies in my prompt (attached below) or the speech-to-text transcriber. Has anyone faced something similar? Would love suggestions on how to improve accuracy for alphanumeric email inputs — especially when users say things like numbers, dots, or underscores.

You can try adding something in the prompt where the ai must spell the email letter by letter to ensure its correct. Like example "My email is Hari10@gmail.com" Then the ai might say ok just to confirm its h a r i 10 @gmail.com.

Hey everyone 👋 I’m building out an AI receptionist / lead-response system for Australian real-estate agencies and I’m looking to connect with anyone who’s integrated voice or messaging agents into industry CRMs before (AgentBox, VaultRE, Rex, Box+Dice, etc.). The stack we’re exploring involves AI voice + WhatsApp + Gmail automations — routing inbound leads straight into the CRM, qualifying, and booking appraisals automatically. If you’ve done anything similar or have insights on best practices / API gotchas / integration workflows, I’d really appreciate your input or a quick chat.
