I’m building out an AI receptionist / lead-response system for Australian real-estate agencies and I’m looking to connect with anyone who’s integrated voice or messaging agents into industry CRMs before (AgentBox, VaultRE, Rex, Box+Dice, etc.).
The stack we’re exploring involves AI voice + WhatsApp + Gmail automations — routing inbound leads straight into the CRM, qualifying, and booking appraisals automatically.
If you’ve done anything similar or have insights on best practices / API gotchas / integration workflows, I’d really appreciate your input or a quick chat.
Mainly curious about:
- Handling CRM authentication & contact syncing
- Setting up booking triggers from voice or WhatsApp
- Any limitations you’ve hit with these Australian CRMs
