🧠 My Voice Agent not capturing email IDs correctly — need help!

I’m facing an issue where my AI receptionist isn’t capturing email IDs accurately during calls.
I’m not sure if the problem lies in my prompt (attached below) or the speech-to-text transcriber.
Has anyone faced something similar?
Would love suggestions on how to improve accuracy for alphanumeric email inputs — especially when users say things like numbers, dots, or underscores.
