Hi guys. I have a little system to learning skills and I want to ask you what set structure is the best in your opinion: - 4 sets of the hardest progression, 4 sets of the second hardest progression, 4 sets of complimentary exercise - 6 sets of the hardest progression, 3 sets of the second hardest progression, 3 sets of complimentary exercise
If you guys used Chris Heria training programs from his apps or his videos (I mean those skills tutorials) what is your opinion on that? I've seen that he learned some influencers some good skills and I wonder if his approach is better than doing just static holds in different progresions
I have a problem, I want to unlock the frontlever and planche, but I don't know if it would be better to train one day planche with pushing elements like hspu and dips, and the other day frontlever with muscle up and pull ups or should I do one of them on one day and the other day is for my strengh training
I’ve seen Chris heria’s planche workout and I want to know if you guys would recommend it to somebody who want to learn planche Tuck planche hold Tuck planche push ups L sit to tuck planche as high as you can Combo of all of these Every set you do until you cant keep the good form and you do 3 sets each 2 minutes rest between sets
