2 Skills at one time or 1 skill at one time?
I have a problem, I want to unlock the frontlever and planche, but I don't know if it would be better to train one day planche with pushing elements like hspu and dips, and the other day frontlever with muscle up and pull ups
or should I do one of them on one day and the other day is for my strengh training
