Invites to events
Let’s see if I got this straight. After you make a list for a city, you start sending messages to invite girls to a certain event. So you send a message. No follow. No random likes on random pics. And basically wait for them to see the message request, accept it and answer. Is this correct? Isn’t it weird? I mean. I’m used to send a message out of the blue with the clear objective of dating her. But why am I inviting her to an event, not knowing her. If one has a life full of friends and beautiful girls why should he bother to message a random stranger to go with him to said event? In one of the videos Michael says that when you cold approach you start from a position of low value. I somehow agree with that. But how it’s not low value inviting a random girl to an event? Especially someone else’s event. I know them at the event itself is value. But isn’t it that a high value man would have already too many options to be able to message a strager to go at the event?

Think of it this way: She gets a message from a rando. Who could it be? So she goes and looks at your IG feed(free views for you). She sees a guy with social proof and preselection and he has a lifestyle she wants. Maybe he's some guy she met but forgot... Maybe she likes one of your photos, maybe she follows you, etc. It's one big marketing funnel and you're stacking the algorithm so that you get shown to more and more people. If she bites and shows up at the event you have the opportunity to advertise your brand of you on her insta feed by taking photos together.
Cardio integrated into fitness
I consistently go to the gym three days a week (I’ve been able to go to the gym consistently with that schedule) I want to add more cardio into my workouts. What would you recommend?

I second/third the HIIT. Look at the planet fitness 30 min workout for a great example. Full body workout with cardio integrated.
Instagram Reels Are Where It's At
I release 2 YouTube Shorts per day on YouTube. YouTube Shorts are literally the same thing as Instagram Reels and TikTok videos, since all the platforms are competing for the short attention spans of dummies who are too bored to do something better with their time. So anyway, since YouTube Shorts are directly compatible with Instagram Reels, I just figured that I could at least blow the dust off my Instagram profile and post one per week on Instagram. My entire life is run by Google Calendar. So I initially set a 30 minute block (It never takes that long) somewhere each week. Here are the results: Week 1: 1,000 views Week 2: 2,000 views Week 3: 1.2 million views That's right. By week 3, one video got over a million views within a matter of days. Now I'm sure we can all be convinced that you're not gonna get a million views on your fucking selfies or that cool photo of you putting oil on your hairty chest. Or whatever you're doing. No judgment. I just posted another Instagram Reel today about 2 hours ago, but the one before that is way up to 600,000 views and still counting. These notifications are here to say. I'm in charge now. I would like to take this chance to apologize to absolutely nobody. But on a serious note, the lesson we can take from this is that: 1. You may be holding onto something that is valuable somewhere else. 2. Video content is better than photo content.

@Michael Sartain More specifically, what are we selling? Can't sell something we know nothing about or don't believe in. Selling a phone call puts us in the India scammer league.
