Questions at the end of today’s session not on video?
Did I miss it or are the attendees questions that got answered at the end of today’s session not in the video recording? I had one specific question he answered that I needed to hear again.

Check the daily - at the end it's labeled Day 2 Q&A but it's from today.
📚 3 books that may help your tasks and focus
1. ADHD 2.0: New Science and Essential Strategies for Thriving with Distraction--From Childhood Through Adulthood - Edward Halliwell. Very helpful to maximise the benefits of ADHD! 2. Psych Cybernetics - Maxwell Maltz - The control over self-image for achieving goals. 3. Atomic Habits - James Clear - Got it when it was released and constantly refer to it. Great for micro-habits. Got a lot out of all of them!

Day 1
Biggest insight: There is light at the end of the tunnel! My open loop is: Completing a purchase return One word for how I feel right now: Frustrated (in the sense of growing up among insensitivity to neurodivergence)
