can async work for you too? 📵
"Asynchronous" (async) just means "on your own time". If I send you a voice memo Tuesday night, and you respond to me Wednesday morning (and so on) - that's async. It's a way of communicating without needing to be on a zoom call in real time. "Async" is also how you're gonna get that CLEAR + SPACIOUS CALENDAR of unscheduled bliss that we all want 😉 It's a way of structuring your programs, support and sales systems to be less dependent on calls (which are challenging because of schedule conflicts, overcommitted calendars and unexpected interruptions aka LIFE). We talked a TON about designing your program delivery and sales systems to be async in the workshop replay here - highly recommend you watch it before we take it down! I shared a lot of ideas for making your business more async so you can do way less zoom calls (or none at all). ➡️ Instead of live group calls, include a private podcast where you answer submitted questions from clients as individual mini-episodes. Not only does this create a searchable database of Q&A that will serve clients for years to come, it is way more respectful of everyone's time (no more scrubbing through hours of call recordings to find 1 helpful thing). This is what we do in Profit Architecture! ➡️ Instead of 1:1 calls with your high ticket clients, offer the option to have private async voice note chats with you on scheduled days. My clients are OBSESSED with these and 100% prefer them to calls! ➡️ Instead of requiring someone to get on a sales call to buy your program, offer the option to watch a pre-recorded info video and then ask all their questions via text or voice memo in the DMs (like we teach in Profit Architecture) It's all about giving your clients OPTIONS and meeting them where they're at. People are busy. Your Champagne Clients don't have 3+ hours/week to sit on a call and wait to get their question answered.

@Annika Bühnemann this is very interesting. i'm a professor/researcher turned entrepreneur and I think of online courses in terms of learning paths around (e.g.) specific communication skills. and in my first run online class I did give activities/assignments and feedback. (though nothing in the form of graded evaluation or tests). My students are primarily professionals looking to elevate their skills as well as personal development. How do you set up your online money mindset courses presently? Do you host small group coaching format as well. I'll be doing the accelerator and hope to see how to set things up for at least 50% async + small group comm course.

Started Charging My Worth & WOW
Launched sign up for a 6-week course today with an early bird special of $597 for the first 5 to register and $697 for the next 5 (regular price is $997). I had 4 sales for $2400 on the first day. 🙌🏾 Combined with my digital products, I had my first $2500 day. I love what I do and would do it for free but it feels so good to finally feel like people really value my voice. I will pitch daily until class begins on February 8th. I've been lurking up til now but this community is so inspirational.

Champaign clients freebie ideas?
Sooo, the Champaign clients course was an eye opener. It made me figure out that my ideal client is a successful entrepreneur, founder or ceo that needs to restructure their business to free up their time. But, they in general don't have time to follow courses, long webinars and such. Which is why my consultancy offers done with you services. That's sorted, but now I am stuck on the 'freebie' part to attract a Champaign client, who I want to pull into a simple funnel. A simple checklist as a freebie would feel like a total timewaster for them and also 'beneath' them. Which may sound a little arrogant, but what I am trying to say is that they're too smart for the beginner stuff. They don't have time for webinars and courses, which is why they hire my consultancy. I need some inspo, haha! Which 'freebies' have been working for your smart and in a time crunch Champaign clients? Thanks in advance!

This is a great question, @Kaya-Quintana Broekhuijsen. i'm going to think about it a bit more. i'm def vibing with what @Ghalizha z. Izzaty's written. c-level folks, while they're busy, they're also big-level, broader minded when it comes the arc of their goals. i also appreciate that you don't want to create a freebie that requires too much from you to deliver. I think the most potent lead-gen for this clientele will be some kind of taster of your expertise (restructure knowledge + know-how), ie how you think-uniquely-meets- how-you-work w folks like them. certain c-levels tend to look for someone who can be their leader on a particular journey: something like thought-leader-meets-personal-advisement or consultation. i received a similar kind of thing that was essentially a 10-12min total 4 part interactive audio mini-talk (it was very thought-leadership driven) with a thought exercise. i was done way before my uber ride was. that's basically how she gets her high-paying clients. and she's more of a guide than an implementer. and she's been using async for over a year. hope this help. cheers!
DEEPSEEK AI is Better than chatgpt?
Has anyone tried Deepseek AI? I’ve been using it, and honestly, it’s just as powerful as ChatGPT—even comparable to the premium $20/month version! 🤯 One of its standout features is DeepThinkR1, which helps refine your questions for better results, plus it has a built-in search engine to dig even deeper. I was able to build a website for my business and streamline my automations using Deepseek AI. Here’s what I accomplished: ✅ Found Hunter.io, an awesome tool for getting B2B leads. ✅ Built a website from scratch using images inspired by other sites. ✅ Optimized my cold email sequences, campaigns, and CRM processes—all in one go! Now, full transparency—it’s still new, so it does time out occasionally, but overall, it works amazingly well! 🚀 It even comes as an app and lets you upload images too. Seriously, if you’re into AI tools, you won’t regret checking it out! 🔥

this sounds cool! i too need to redo my website. funny thing is...i'm a writer...with brain fog 🤭😕🤣. and writing for business is very different from research/literary writing. for business you need succinct, engaging verbiage and have seconds to make the right impression. either your target connects or they don't. i've never heard of deepseek but given y'alls feedback i'm going to check them out. chat gpt cranks out a lot of generic stuff, and you can tell it in the emails coming through our inboxes. i'm curious to see what ideas i'll find.
📩 Re-sending emails to un-opens?
Do you re-send your weekly emails to un-opens? How about when sending daily emails during a launch? 😅 I’m a bit new to this and wondering how far to take the re-sending 🙈 I like the concept though! 👌🏼🥰

great post--been thinking about this lately. i'm new to understanding/appreciating resends...mostly because my own feelings on the receiving side is shifting. for the most part i've been stumped (to annoyed) by resends. sometimes I just haven't gotten to an email, and to find it's the very same but different subject line...ugh. (the intj in me i guess 😊) however, i've unsubscribed to a lot and recently was glad to get a few resends because i just plain forgot about those emails (esp w spending far less time on email). *mouth full* lol. i'm leaning to resends across email marketing because i like the idea of giving value + getting eyes on my ideas/how i think to cultivate relationships/community. during launch or sales time i'd feel more aligned to send multiple emails on key days. yes i want sales, but also stronger connection --> credibility (e.g. word of mouth type of thing). cheers!
