I was trying to show my mom my wall handstand and accidentally got a freestanding one for a couple of seconds!! That was really surprising and made me really happy

@Karyn Ainsworth I dm'd Brandon and he gave me some tips, in particular he made me try out the movement with a stick and that helped me really understand that last bit of pulling range I was missing, and that I needed to open more the chest

Letโ€™s do something fun together. Goal: 5,000 push-ups as a TEAM before Christmas. Thatโ€™s it. No pressure. Just action. The math: 5,000 push-ups รท 16 days โ‰ˆ 312 push-ups per day as a group If 15 people do 20 push-ups a day, we hit the goal easily. Rules: โ€ข Full push-ups count as 1 โ€ข Knee push-ups count as 2 = 1 full rep โ€ข Do them anytime during the day โ€ข You can split them into as many sets as you want โžก๏ธ Post your reps HERE so we can track it and celebrate ๐Ÿ“น Video is optimal as we are going by the honor system This is not about being perfect. Training plan
Hey, does anyone have some tips to build a workput plan? I am loosing structure and feel like I'm missing out on a lot of gains. I'd like to train 2/3 times per week (no leg day since I already do track and field): I can do around 10 pull ups and 20 push ups and I wanna work towards the handstand, high pull ups/muscle ups and in the future the front lever, any help is very much appreciated
