Hey, does anyone have some tips to build a workput plan? I am loosing structure and feel like I'm missing out on a lot of gains. I'd like to train 2/3 times per week (no leg day since I already do track and field): I can do around 10 pull ups and 20 push ups and I wanna work towards the handstand, high pull ups/muscle ups and in the future the front lever, any help is very much appreciated
