Welcome! Introduce yourself here ⬇️
WELCOME TO ELITE ENDEAVOR This community is built around one simple mission: become the highest version of yourself, and help others do the same. Whether you’re here to level up your mindset, discipline, health, training, career, or faith you’re in the right place. Before we start building together, let’s get to know who’s in the room. Introduce yourself below (if you’d like). You can share anything you want—your name, where you’re from, what you train or practice, what you’re working toward, any challenges you’re facing, skills or habits you want to improve, or even a favorite quote or principle you live by. These are simply guidelines, so share as much or as little as you want. You will get out of this community what you put in. Speak up, ask questions, share your journey, and support others. We rise together. Welcome to Elite Endeavor.

@Cody Freeland super glad you are here, Cody! I’ve trained with a lot of great coaches over the years, and I can say you definitely have an incredible mind for martial arts and life in general! You offer a ton of value to everyone here so please feel free to post and share whatever you like! Can’t wait to get to train with you again! Until then, I’ll pick your brain here!

(First post) I’m beyond blessed to be a part of this community. I absolutely love all the healthy tips and food hauls. my goal is to lose weight and gain muscle. I started my journey at 216 now I am 199-198. Any healthy food ideas or work out ideas would be awesome! My daily work out is usually 30 minutes cardio with lifting weights. Probably spend an hour to an hour and a half daily in the gym! Usually 4-5x a week :)

The three winners of this months giveaway are: 1) @Ryan Marsee 2) @Alondra Pena 3) @Luis Guevara Be on the lookout for more giveaways, I may do them EVERY MONTH! @Ryan Marsee I agree brother, just getting started! I’m glad you are here and doing your part to encourage everyone else, especially by leading by example!

@Ryan Marsee you are a leader, we are all leaders in some way. We all make an impact on our environment and community, whether we know it or not. We have to decided what kind of an impact we are going to make. If we are making an impact, it may as well be as positive as possible. Keep working hard and leading by example, because you always are, whether you know it or not!
Into the void no explanation needed
I love this quote. Those who are willing to dive into the challenge and uncertainty that comes with trying to improve themselves (the void) do not need to explain themselves to people who sit on the sidelines and watch life pass them by. To those who don’t see the value in self improvement, it may seem foolish to spend so much time and effort sculpting yourself into the person you want to become. Don’t let this stop you from working on the greatest project you will ever have: yourself. Jump into the void and don’t worry about whether people understand. Once you bring your dreams into reality, everyone will know why you were working so hard. Until then, let them question.

@Ryan Marsee wow this was a great take on this, Ryan! Thanks a lot of for sharing this! A really cool perspective on how the void needs to be filled with intention so the empty space doesn’t get overtaken by the opponent In the cage or in life! Great stuff man!
