Weekly book club open invitation
What’s up gang?! I wanted to make this announcement to tell you about our book club that is going on every Sunday at 4pm pacific (my time in Vegas) so 6pm central (for my Missouri/midwest Folk)! Take a listen to the video to find out details! Please hit me up if you would like to pop in! Though it is recommended, it is not required to follow along in the book, so if you haven’t started and want to jump in you are totally welcome to! Even if you aren’t reading the book you will easily grasp what we are talking about, because the focus is on the mindset and attitude that we are trying to apply to our daily lives to help us get shit done and be the best we can be! So if you want to come have some good discussion, or even just listen in (you don’t have to actively participate) we will see you there!

Daily activities
(First post) I’m beyond blessed to be a part of this community. I absolutely love all the healthy tips and food hauls. my goal is to lose weight and gain muscle. I started my journey at 216 now I am 199-198. Any healthy food ideas or work out ideas would be awesome! My daily work out is usually 30 minutes cardio with lifting weights. Probably spend an hour to an hour and a half daily in the gym! Usually 4-5x a week :)
