๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿ”ฅ Visualization Challenge Until X-Mas (who's in?? comment below๐Ÿ‘‡)
Here's how the challenge works: You visualize one of your favorite events every night before going to sleep for 3-5mins (no longer). Why? (I give ya the summary, if you wanna watch the full training it's here) - You mentally rehearse your starts, pacing, technique, turns and finish. - You go thru the motions of the call room, walking out, stepping on the blocks so that when it happens in the 3D world, your mind knows what's coming next and will be very calm and focused (instead of worried or scared). - AND (this is the most transformational): When you touch the wall in your visualization and see the outcome that you work so hard towards, you will automatically be put into an emotional state of happiness, joy, excitement and passion. This makes you the best version of yourself when you wake up the next day and as a result of that, your final preparation will be better than otherwise. ๐Ÿ“ฎ Then the FOLLOWING day you comment on this post that you've done it. The goal is that you do it (and let us know) EVERY.SINGLE.DAY (and yes, that means you have to login Skool 1x per day) ACTION STEP: Comment below "I'm In!!" and share when your last competition before X-Mas is. Get into a sleeping rhythm for a couple of weeks before and start getting up at the same time as you will on race day

Distance champs results
Hey everyone! Over the past couple of weekends Iโ€™ve had club distance champs, some of the races I have swam before but I did the 1500 and 400 IM for the first time. On the first weekend I had 800 and 400 freestyle I got a pb in both but not as big as I expected : 10:36 and 5:18 ( I swam the same pace for both and Iโ€™m not happy with the 400) On the second weekend I swam the 1500 and the 400 IM my times were 20:24 and 5:58. I found the 1500 really hard I havenโ€™t ever done a TT in training before and had no idea how long it actually was!! My coach seemed happy with my 1500 results though so I guess thatโ€™s good. On the 400 IM I know I shouldโ€™ve put a bit more effort into the freestyle at the end. It could have gone better but Iโ€™m not that unhappy ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€
First results
Hey, Iโ€™ve just finished a weekend of racing and I am a little disappointed with how it went, I swam 3 races each day. I also was a lot more nervous than usual before the races that matter to me. 200 Fly: 2.43.12 ( - 2 ) ๐Ÿฅ‡ 100 Fly: 1:13.62 ( - 0.13) ๐Ÿฅ‡ 50 Fly : 32.90 ๐Ÿฅˆ 200 Free 2.29.57 ( + 2 ) ๐Ÿฅˆ 50 Free 32.01 ( + 0.30 ) 8th 50 Breaststroke 43.11 ( - 63) 4th I felt really heavy in the water and on the second day and after the 200 fly I was really tired. I have been training hard over the summer especially on Free and Fly and was hoping for bigger PBs.
