Meeting
So I had a meeting this weekend and I had to swim a 200 fly. I did 2'54 in the morning in long course (my time in short course is 2'50) and I had to do it again in the afternoon, in final B. And my coach told me that I could do 2'50 if I change a little bit my second 100. The thing is I never did better on my final than on my morning race (or maybe 1 sec better) so I wasn't sure about that but I didn't telle myself it's impossible and put my mind into it, ate well at lunch, took a little nap, drank water every 20 mins, warmed up well... An I actually did it ! (During lunch break I was literally saying "I'm going to do 2'50" every 30 sec ๐Ÿ˜‚, maybe my brain would understand it who knows?) In my opinion 4 seconds between the morning and the afternoon is a lot ๐Ÿ˜ญ. So I was the second one in my final, and the first one in my category so I' m a regional chapion at the 200 fly now ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿฅณ๐Ÿฅณ. And another great thing is my reaction time that was 0.73 in the morning and 0.54 in the afternoon (I rlly wanted to do 2'50). So now my next objective is 2'37...

In the kind of swimmer who always does her best Gains - went in the sea and swam for the first time in about 2 weeks (I canโ€™t of been to bad cuz no lifeguards tried to save me) - Had an amazing palleta after dinner - Helped some kids float in the sea - Did another 3 pull ups Nutrition/hydration 5/10 Visualisation โœ…

Daisy had her 800 free this weekend. She dropped 36 seconds. Down from 11.57 to 11.21. Sheโ€™s feeling pumped for her 1500 free this weekend.
