Anyone else struggle to stay consistent with things that actually make money?
I’ve noticed something about myself recently… I can get excited about ideas (real estate, online income, etc), start strong… but staying consistent is where it gets tricky. Not because I don’t know what to do but because my focus shifts fast. What’s been helping me lately is simplifying everything into very basic systems instead of trying to “do everything perfectly.” Like instead of overthinking, I just focus on: small actions daily low-pressure setups things that don’t require too much mental energy Curious - what’s something you’ve found that actually helps you stay consistent?

@Shawn Shepherd Yeah I used to rely on to-do lists too… but I noticed they don’t really solve the “finishing” problem, they just organize it. What helped me more was switching to something that doesn’t depend fully on me being “on point” every day. Like having a simple setup where even if I’m not 100%, things are still moving in the background. Out of curiosity, are you trying to stay productive for work/business or just in general?

@Sammie Chaffin That’s fair. Are you leaning towards any specific direction so far or still testing different things?
Is this A God Send?
Just listened to the testimonials, which prompted me to join. Not officially diagnosed yet, but I know I have adhd. My name is Santella, and I am a vocal coach from the UK. Most of my students sing for mental health purposes, and ironically, a few of my students have ADHD, and they were the ones who spotted that I had it. I am actually very surprised at the things I have been able to achieve in my life despite this condition, but it now makes sense why everything has been so hard. I want to meet like-minded people who can relate to me, as that will defo help me in my quest to become the man God created me to be. I am praying that God has sent this to me in order for me to get to the next level in my life and help others to do the same. In my spare time, I love to sing, write songs and go salsa dancing. Here is a photo of where I spend my day teaching. Looking forward to meeting you guys soon🙏

@Tracy Weiss Wow, interesting! I didn’t know laughing and gargling could help too.

@Abdullah Abbas That’s a massive insight. Most people try to hustle their way into consistency, but you're right - it’s actually the small, natural habits that do the heavy lifting long-term. I've noticed that if I win the first hour of the day, the rest of the day usually follows suit. Have you found that this phone-free start makes you more creative, or is it more about just keeping the stress levels at zero?

@Abdullah Abbas Yeah that’s true. I noticed when I’m stress-free, I think clearer and get more done too. Are you working on anything right now or just building better habits for now?
