7/21/25 Training Log
Sorta took the weekend off from physical training, except for a short bout on the Mook Jong (sections 1-4), natures energies guided me thru mowing and weed eating. Good hot days !! 1) What I trained today: -Live session: State training (had to start work before SNT) -Siu Nim Tao -Chum Kiu -Biu Jee -Live session: (pm) State training -Live session : Biu Jee; SNT stance fwd elbows, pivoting elbows, spiral punch, cross spiral punch, side kick/spiral punch/drag/ elbow 2) What I learned / realized: -getting to where I’m getting tired of working on cars !!! -great combos 3) How I felt: -warm rise, nearly to the point of sweating, deep relaxation. -a good relaxed day…listed to Solfeggio music as I worked, soothing, calming and helps to stay focused on task…no lyrics, no cool riffs to capture air guitar, no head banging, just steady musical frequencies. -awesome energy rise (pm), forearms calves felt like Popie the Sailor with tingles. -Biu Jee drills felt centered and relaxed and felt potential power in all moves. We are the Stateful !!! Peace, Love and Kung Fu
🧭 Align With The Vibration That Changes Everything
Most people try to push their way to success… Force their way to peace… Or fight to feel confident. That doesn’t work. Internal power doesn’t come from force, it comes from frequency. And your frequency is shaped by your spiritual intention. Today’s internal alignment work is about slowing down… Tuning in… And choosing the energy you want to live and train from. 🧘‍♂️ Your Reflection and Observations: * What spiritual intention are you aligning with right now? * Did anything shift in your mind, emotions, or body as you brought that intention to the surface? * Was there a specific image, memory, or feeling that helped you lock into the vibration? Whether you’ve done the spiritual intention / alignment exercise yet or not, you can reflect now. 👇 Drop your intention or insights in the comments — even one word is powerful. 📊 POLL: What intention are you training from today?

Nicely done !!
7/11/25 Training log
1) What I trained today: -State meditation (YouTube) -morning mobility: Wing Chun swing, bend and bow (love it!), hip and neck rotations -single leg SNT -Chum Kiu -SNT x3 -listened to about 1 1/2 hours of ‘how to open the hidden / 3rd eye’ from Throth. Is in perfect alignment with Sifu’s teachings. 2) What I learned / realized -started saying “bend and bow, grab your toes” good back stretch along with good calf stretch. -gaining confidence in CK stepping with Bong Dai and double Bong Sau. -listening the Throth information…it taught me about ‘invisible blockages’, a deeper since of Letting go, and what forgiveness can do to energies. The listening was all surrounding energy and frequencies. 3) How I felt: -a little disappointed that I didn’t get to work in time to make the 5:30 am State session…but YouTube meditation equally good. -1 leg SNT very stable this morning, minor wiggles, but still feel the tension building in my lower calf just above the ankle. The more I do, the less I feel this tension. -mild energy rise during 1st of 3 SNT…was focused on ‘perfect’ shapes…sooo, I did a 2nd…energy level increased…a 3rd yielded a slight increase. -a satisfactory day … We are the State !!! Peace, Love and Kung Fu

1) What I trained today: -Bong Sau / Gaun Sau during my drive into work (no worries, safety first) -morning mobility: Wing Chun swing, bend and bow (love it!), hip and neck rotations -single leg SNT -walking Clarity meditation -more Bong Sau around the steering wheel on drive home -SNT -Chum Kiu stepping and movement timing -Live session: State training -Live session: Chum Kiu 2) What I learned / realized -need to do mobility every morning…. -The steering wheel really made me realize moving around ‘the ball’ -Chum Kiu stepping…I was taking too much step for the real leg. Noah assisted with getting me lined out better. 3) How I felt: -woke with slight head ache, spent quite a bit time with bend and bow raising slowly to stretch my back with subtle rotations….really helped loosen up the muscles. -1 leg SNT much better, didn’t have to drop a foot for balance, although it was a bit wobbly starting about mid part B. -really good meditation this evening…first time I ever imagined giving myself a hot enema…who knew this would rise such good energy level !! (You had to be there to not think kinky…shame on you !!) -feel much better with my CK stepping…thank you again Noah !! We are the State !!! Peace, Love and Kung Fu

Started Wing Chun in the early 80’s under Sifu Doug Smith (under James Cravens). Out of it for many years and now re- entering after many years.
