Day 2
Completed day 2 yesterday! Felt relaxed again but had a hard time focusing on picking the right spiritual intention for myself. I’m a chronic overthinker and felt a bit distracted. Going to repeat day 2’s lesson again for some more practice. Can you have more than 1 intention or change it over time?
The State
I noticed myself gently shift my head and upper torso positioning when doing the guided body scan like element. I have nerd neck and my neck usually leans forward and it gently lifted to a more normal posture. I thought that was pretty cool. Gunna keep meditating! Gunna keep hitting the classroom for State lessons!! Excited to be here again!

Day 1
Started the state challenge today! Intro lesson was great! Found it difficult at first to find an intention to focus on but once I did it flowed nicely. Felt a sense of heaviness and a buzzing sensation over my body. Almost like a vibration. Overall was very relaxing and calming. Excited for day 2!
