THE ONE TAO CODE Spirit Warrior Principles for Internal Power, Peace & Mastery 1. LOVE LIFE Love God with all your heart, mind, and soul. Love your neighbour as yourself. Revere all life in all its forms, even when you do not understand it. Let your being be centred in compassion, kindness, gratitude, and reverence for the Source. 2. WALK IN TRUTH AND INTEGRITY Speak only what is true. Act with humility, free of pride, fear, and judgment. Surrender all self-centered perceptions to the Light. Lead by example — let your life itself become the silent teaching that inspires others to rise. 3. MASTER YOURSELF DAILY Train your body with diligence. Discipline your mind with vigilance. Purify your heart through meditation, prayer, contemplation, and surrender. True power is not domination of others, but mastery of self through letting go of all that blocks the Higher Self. 4. FORGIVE WITHOUT EXCEPTION Forgive yourself, forgive others, forgive what you witness and experience, knowing all error arises from ignorance. Free yourself from anger, resentment, and blame. Choose understanding over judgment, mercy over punishment, gratitude over bitterness. Forgiveness is not weakness, it is the warriors way of dissolving the barriers to Divine power. 5. SERVE AND ALIGN WITH SPIRIT Serve the Divine Plan at all times and in all places without seeking recognition or reward. Surrender personal ambition to the Higher Will. Centre in your intention and infuse the spirit. Let your words, actions, and even your silent presence lift others. 6. GRATEFULLY SURRENDER Welcome trials as sacred opportunities for purification. Embrace hardship as a hammer forging the spirit into a vessel of Light. Remain grateful even in suffering, rise your consciousness and let go of the blockages in devotion to God. 7. REMAIN AWARE AND DISCIPLINED Guard your thoughts, words, emotions, and actions at all times. Abstain from unnecessary conflict, gossip, argument, and pride. Remain inwardly still — sensing and seeing the movements of energy within yourself and the world. Stand firm in the State of Awareness.

It is internal power and inner peace at the same time. You learn it by: • Aligning your mind with higher levels of consciousness • Understanding the energy in your body • Seeing how thoughts and emotions shape your power • Learning to master your body, mind, and emotions Which means you start mastering your life.
