Batching veggies
Whenever I’m cooking up veggies, I love to make extra so I’ve got some ready to go for the week. Today I’m cooking up a mix of asparagus, mushrooms, jalapeño, and onion. This is a great go to with steaks, pork chops or chicken. Does anyone else like to batch veggies? What are your favorites?

Jeanna has tons of meditations available for you. She and I talk a lot in our groups about how just some deep breathing for 30 seconds every couple of hours can have a HUGE impact. This showed up in my personal Facebook (it must have my number!) as an ad for the Calm app, but I found it here too. Curious if anyone else finds it instantly soothing and very beautiful? I’m Gonna work on this week not being so hard on my self and taking the time to mediate . Ans also also meal prepping which I did today so I’m proud I accomplished that . With this blizzard here in Massachusetts where I am being stuck at home today taking the time to rest as well an giving myself a break with all my work duties I’m usually on the go and very busy !
