Jeanna has tons of meditations available for you. She and I talk a lot in our groups about how just some deep breathing for 30 seconds every couple of hours can have a HUGE impact. Take a little time for yourself and practice some deep breathing with me! Today we focused on a breathing technique where the exhale is a few counts longer than the inhale - activating the parasympathetic nervous system more deeply. This allows us to calm our minds, release tension and reduce stress. Watch till the end and hear some interesting insights. :)
