LIVE TOMORROW: STOP BURNING MONEY ON ADS
Tomorrow morning @Jacob Neffendorf is going live to walk through what he's seeing right now across 300+ land clearing / forestry mulching ad accounts If you’re running Meta ads, thinking about it, or complaining about “tire kickers,” this one is for you. Here’s what we’re hitting: 1. Your Videos Are Either Working… Or Wasting Cash He just pulled the numbers: - Good creative: $15–$30 per lead, real homeowners who actually book. - Weak creative: $150–$200+ per lead, same markets, same budget. 2. Tire Kickers = Bad Creative If your ad only shows a machine shredding trees, you attract people who think it’s cheap. We’ll show you how to talk so serious buyers call you and time‑wasters keep scrolling. 3. Weekend Lead Leak The data: weekend leads are the same as weekdays, but close way worse. Why? Most guys don’t touch leads until Monday. We’ll show you how the top guys work weekend/evening leads in minutes and get 2–3x more jobs from the same ad spend. 4. Know Your Numbers (Or You’re Guessing) We’ll help you answer 4 simple things: - Cost per lead - Close rate - Average job size - Real ROI WHEN: Tomorrow, 7:00am Mountain / 8:00am Central WHERE: Live on YouTube https://youtube.com/@theownerop Comment “LIVE” below if you want the link + reminder. Bring your last 30 days ad spend and best guess on leads so we can rough in your numbers live. P.S. I'm announcing next steps for the Founding Members who won the Top 10 Leaderboard BONUSES

@Austin Gray, what did you research to determine whether your area is a great market opportunity?
ANNOUNCEMENT: Introducing OPS ENGINE (And What's Up Next)
If you run a land clearing / forestry mulching business, you probably feel this: - Leads and jobs scattered across texts, Facebook, Jobber, your notebook - Guessing at pricing and hoping you didn’t underbid - No reliable way to see, “What’s booked and what’s actually hitting my bank in the next 30 days?” That’s exactly what drove me crazy in the early years running Bear Claw... Since then, we’ve been duct‑taping GoHighLevel, Jobber, and a bunch of spreadsheets together. It works, but it’s way harder than it should be. So this year I finally said: screw it, I’m building the software system I wish existed. What I’m building (and why you should care) Over the last few months, we’ve been building OPS ENGINE: The operating system I use to run a 7‑figure fire mitigation / land‑clearing business… turned into software you can plug into your business. -Profitable Pricing -Fast FB Lead Capture -Automatic Text/Email Follow Ups -CRM Sales Pipeline -Speed To Lead Tracking -Quoting, Scheduling, Invoicing -Payment Capture -Dashboard (with metrics that actually matter) OPS ENGINE is built for one purpose: Take a “guy with a machine” and turn him into the owner of a real, scalable land‑clearing business by saving time, automating repetitive tasks, and tracking the most important metrics. If you follow along, you’ll see exactly how we: - Price jobs using crew‑day math so you stop working for free - Capture every lead from FB Ads, website call, form submission into one clean pipeline - Automate follow‑up so bids don’t ghost and jobs don’t slip through the cracks - See jobs + expected cash 30 days ahead so you stop riding the feast‑or‑famine rollercoaster Last year I used these same systems to help a guy go from $0 to ~$150k/month in 6 months. I’m not sharing theory; this system was designed on what already works. What you get now (before it ever launches) OPS ENGINE is not public yet. Bear Claw will run on it first. Then OPS ACCELERATOR members

Alot of new business owners have what Is known as the "poverty complex". Its very common and if were being honest with ourselves, its not easy to overcome. Let be real, its difficult to ask people for money oftentimes and its our nature to want to offer people a really good deal for many businessmen. We need to understand what ALL of our overhead costs are, from insurance to grease, to fuel, def, teeth, binders, wear and tear on machine and most importantly, our time that we cant get back. So, what is your real overhead and how much is your time worth? Also, I think its important to factor in your Quality of work. Are you the type of guy that cuts corners to save time and/fuel, or the guy that puts his work ethic above all else. Now, decide how much you think your services are worth. My two cents. (I have another business with my wife for almost 25 years and we still suffer occasionally from the poverty complex. Its real)
Name of business ideas
My husband is in the very beginning stages of a land-clearing business. After much research, he put in an intent to purchase for his skid steer today! We have been talking about what he should name his business, and I thought I would ask here if you were strategic with your business name, or if you just went with something you liked. Strategically, we could name it something to help with SEO. If you had to do it all over again, would you have picked a different name and why? Thanks for your input!

@William Swingle thank you for your response. Chat GPT recommended Clearview as well and we liked it too.
