Hello 👋
📍 Hi - I’m Caleche and I live in Australia. This is my first day at BBB Skool. I like the idea of a community and am looking forward to learning new things. 🏀 I changed my mindset around exercise recently where I wanted to do what was fun and not just doing stuff stuff coz it would help me lose weight. I put in a lot of effort and never got results. So after about 12 years I’ve started to play basketball again and it’s giving me so much joy. My goal is to be able to get back to having the confidence to play games without injuring myself and to feel strong again. And to drop body fat along the way. Wish me luck 🍀 Last meal - hard one, I’d say hot cross buns at the moment!

I can't imagine what that would be like. I'm not sure I'd know how to function in that snow. We are going through a heat wave at the moment on the other side of earth. 🥵 40 degrees C today... warmer next week. Good for making me drink lots of water 🚰
Sustain fat loss and diet mindset
Hi Melissa here. Main goal here is to be able to sustain fat loss and achieve a lean and strong body. And i really wish to change that mindset of “eating clean” just to achieve the above, to being able to eat within what i can work with and yet still enjoy the foods i love. Being in Singapore, no joy is without food. That’s mainly how we function & interact here. After that, my fitness goals is to be able to achieve gd cardio health, running long distance, doing agility movements and being strong! Last meal wld be seafood and bbq wagyu beef!!
