Trying to get bigger
Hello Guys, im currently with a phase of body recomp i've been eating like a lot around 2500-2600 for almost 4 weeks now, and barely gained some more muscle mass, i usually train like 3-4 days a week, but idk why it's so difficult to me to get more weight, what am doing wrong? Should i increase the calories and macros? Im 46kg btw

Start skill training
Yoo, been a while :) I recently started training for skills with band my focus rn is learning muscle up, front lever and L sit pull ups I can already do 21+ push up 17+ dips and 10+ pull in emom, also i will like some help with the workout, i still want to build muscle and improve on skills, can i try to do skills first, and end with EMOMS at end of workout, or in which way can i make it to still building muscle and learning skill?
I need help improving my routine
So i been doing calisthenics for about 1 week consistent, i did calisthenics in the past abt 4 weeks but i I left it for a while, and now I'm back, but my main issue rn is that i dont feel exhausted at the end of my workout, I'm a bit bored of training every muscle , is there any way I can train at a demanding level with only high reps and sets? How should i make it as a routine for 3-4x days? I can do 15+ push ups Pull ups 10+ Dips 11+

I need help
I am 171cm tall and weigh around 46kg, My problem is that I have recently gained some fat, and it is difficult for me to gain muscle i usually workout 4-3 a week, I used to do separate exercises for each body part, but now I'd like to incorporate the EMOM. Should I only do dips, pull-ups, and push-ups? How can I incorporate them into a routine? I tried doing 10 push-ups and pull ups for 30 minutes and could do it almost without breaking a sweat. Should I increase the reps or simply decrease the time more? I would appreciate advice on how to gain muscle mass and lose fat at the same time :(
