Yoo, been a while :)
I recently started training for skills with band my focus rn is learning muscle up, front lever and L sit pull ups
I can already do 21+ push up 17+ dips and 10+ pull in emom, also i will like some help with the workout, i still want to build muscle and improve on skills, can i try to do skills first, and end with EMOMS at end of workout, or in which way can i make it to still building muscle and learning skill?
