So i been doing calisthenics for about 1 week consistent, i did calisthenics in the past abt 4 weeks but i I left it for a while, and now I'm back, but my main issue rn is that i dont feel exhausted at the end of my workout, I'm a bit bored of training every muscle , is there any way I can train at a demanding level with only high reps and sets? How should i make it as a routine for 3-4x days?
I can do 15+ push ups
Pull ups 10+
Dips 11+
