Trying to get bigger
Hello Guys, im currently with a phase of body recomp i've been eating like a lot around 2500-2600 for almost 4 weeks now, and barely gained some more muscle mass, i usually train like 3-4 days a week, but idk why it's so difficult to me to get more weight, what am doing wrong? Should i increase the calories and macros?
Im 46kg btw
