New Stuff for Ronin in 2024
Howdy! I'm taking quite a bit of time off this last part of 2023... (I'll still be in the Dough-Jo.) But I wanted to riff on some New Ronin stuff so you can get a head start. Cool? 😎 Here we go... Y'all kicking butt with Big Money from Old Courses plan... This is gonna be a big focus in 2024. 👉I'm changing the name though to NEW Money from Old Courses. I will add modules for you, such as fast-start plans, checklists, and much more. (All included because you're Ronin.) You can soak up these new additions as they roll out. Pardon the "construction" phase, please. You will want to not only take these in, but start getting deals done ASAP... Because... I am looking for the uber action takers in Ronin. And... The New Money from Old Courses will be a "front" end for burned-out coaches, consultants and course creators who desperately need "new income" streams that don't require SELLING all the live long day. These folks will likely PREFER having some or ALL of the licensing footwork done by Ronin right here in the group. Ya dig? Do ya see where I'm going with this? If I'm clear as mud...lemme reword... 👉What I'm saying is YOU 🫵 can reap the rewards of the new influx of folks who already understand the concepts after New Money, but don't wanna do it all/or in part themselves. This will create quite a bit of warmed-up deal flow for Ronin who are actively applying the Ronin Method and not leaving bad tastes in other people's mouths. (I've had to kick a couple of folks out.) I don't have a crystal ball. I always warn folks to take "future tellers" with a grain of salt. But... I am pretty good at seeing trends. There are HOARDES of course creators, coaches and consultants burning out on selling, delivering and surviving in the face of rising ad costs and competition. I believe they still want to "coach" on a deep level, but they do not want the income they support themselves to be SOLELY reliant on them selling and delivering every day. Royalty Income is a new and exciting way out for these folks.

Looking for Accountability/ Implementation Partner
So I have been in this group for about 2 months now and I know the training is gold and you are gold... But I've not been implementing as fast as I'd like and so I'm looking for an accountability partner who wants to get to $250K using these methods. Here's what that looks like: - Everyweek we'd both individually study a module from @Travis Sago's brilliant training videos. - Then we'd meet once a week, discuss it and create personalized action steps for it... - Then we implement and hold each other accountable for the actions. - If anyone defaults twice in a month, they owe the other person $500. For example, if I say I'd send out 30 pitches and for some reason [apart from health emergency], I don't send it, I owe you $500 & vice versa. If you're up for it, let me know. Let's go

PART 3: Real Time Ronin Deal Case Study
Part 1: Got control of a 219,000-person list (search the group for this one)... Part 2: New Prawdukt Partner secured [approach template]... In my humble opinion, this is probably the most important update to this rolling case study so far... Partners... They're important. Because they're one side of the equation. Or like in this case, there are TWO partners and myself. No partners? No deal right? Well... Not so fast. What I desperately hope to convey in this bumbly mess of a message? There's something FAR MORE PARAMOUNT than a partner's agreement to be involved in a deal. But the challenge of just giving it to you? I'm not so sure that's gonna land as deep as I know is necessary. So let me set this up for ya before I just plop it on the table. As I pointed out in Post #2: I had gotten myself a Prawdukt partner. Negotiated the deal on a Saturday. And I got EXACTLY what I wanted. So I went to the list owner and said, "Great news! I've got a perfect little deal put together..." When I shared the deets? She wasn't so happy. Regardless that none of what I had set up affected her bottom line or energy. We just uncovered Red Flag... Control. "Tony, this is MY list and I wanna have a say in how things are gonna go. Matter of fact I wanna see his agreement..." Aaaaaand as you can imagine? My first thought was, "Houston, we have a PROBLEM..." So my response? "Cool. We can just NOT do the deal... ...and I'm ok with that. I wanted to do this deal. But I don't HAVE to do this deal." And of course, I proceeded to share how this could go or not go at this point... I did it in a kind tone of course. But I was ready to kill the deal completely. Because here's what's WAY more important than a partner... It's our STANCE and WHERE WE COME FROM as Ronin that determines the EASE and SPEED of cash flow...

Thank you! Takeaway, you are the key piece of every deal. Your terms and stance need to be consistent with all stakeholders, so that everyone benefits. Once you start compromising and giving up control, it’ll fall apart and not be as fun moving forward. You don’t work for any of them, you’re a partner, for whom this needs to be fruitful otherwise it doesn’t make sense.
How do I SWITCH this date to be a RONIN DEAL?
In a few days, I will have a coffee date with a friend who the other day asked me, "Hey, what are you up to?" He's a real estate broker in Miami, doing very well; he's not doing any marketing or social media, and he was intrigued by a few things I mentioned about building a campaign, nurturing, and getting clients... so he told me "I want marketing" (he has no idea what he needs; he says " I need leads", optimizing the website, etc, etc) so we set up a meeting so he can tell me more about his business. HOW DO I CREATE SOMETHING FOR HIS BUSINESS WITH NO UP-FRONT MONEY? OLD me is thinking about what to offer him: a web update, a lead magnet with a funnel, creating a group, generating leads, or building something to generate a desired outcome based on the convo. But all this will be on a monthly retainer or fee based on development. I really need to get some money, but he is doing well and eager to invest to do better in his business. Instead of a one-shot approach, I want to generate a long-term PARTNER. Has anyone done a Ronin deal with a Real Estate broker? Any ideas?

Opening convos with Referral Partners
This can be used with licensing partners and affiliate partners, too. ***Keys: Specific SITUATION and RELEVANT problem*** Because audience owners/distribution want to SOLVE specific problems for their people, but they don't have time to solve all the probs. The more specific you are... The easier it will be to open convos and set up wonderful licensing deals for everyone involved. In the relationship advice space... I started some million-dollar partnerships with: "Are your peeps in an LDR?" (Situation) This was early in online dating and long-distance relationships were new. And they didn't have anything to help them. But I knew they were likely getting a ton of email asking for help with LDRs. If they answered, "yes"... my next question was... "Do they send you long-ass emails after a breakup?" (Problem for the audience owner because they weren't sure how to respond.) Their answer was almost always, "OMG YES! Crazy long!" Then I'd make my offer... "I've got a way to help these folks. It's selling like freakin' crazy, would you be open to hearing about it?" Super EZ when you're relevant and specific! Let's say you have an influencer that teaches selling by webinars... (I'd still do a PERSONAL OPENING.) "Are your peeps doing live or recorded webinars?" (Situation, either answer is fine.) "Do they complain that their attendance is down and it's jacking up their sales?" (Relevant Problem) "I may have a way to help; we're adding tens of thousands to webbie sales without changing anything in their script or funnel. Would you be open to discussing it?" Rooting for Ya, Travis PS In my experience, it is way more fruitful to open convos with influencers of influencers than one influencer at a time. You get their "halo" of trust too. Give this a try!
