Gentle Mindfulness Support for Burnout
🌿 Structured, Gentle Mindfulness Support for Stress & Burnout Many people experiencing stress or burnout don’t need more intensity — they need something steady and manageable. I’ve created a self-paced 4-week mindfulness course inside a private Skool community for people who want support that feels structured but not overwhelming. The focus is on: • Short, accessible guided practices • Simple reflection and journaling prompts • Gradual nervous system regulation • The freedom to engage quietly and at your own pace There’s no pressure to perform or share. It’s designed to fit around real life, especially when energy and capacity feel limited. If this sounds aligned with what you or someone you support might be looking for, you’re welcome to take a look or ask any questions.

Gentle Mindfulness Support for Burnout
A Slower Approach to Stress Support
🌿 A Slow, Supportive Way to Work With Stress Something I’ve noticed is that a lot of people looking for mindfulness or wellbeing support aren’t actually looking for more information — they’re looking for steadiness. A place where things move slowly. Where there’s no pressure to share, perform, or keep up. Where support fits into life as it is. I’ve created a small, private mindfulness space for people experiencing stress, overwhelm, or burnout, with the emphasis on pacing, simplicity, and nervous system care. It’s self-paced, gentle, and designed to be returned to when needed — not completed or rushed through. If you’re drawn to quieter, low-pressure forms of support, you’re welcome to take a look or ask questions.

A Slower Approach to Stress Support
#AdSprint Day 4: Build Your Ad Pages 🎉
Today you are moving from “planning” to “building.” You are going to start adding pages to your Classroom “course” for your ad, using the copy you drafted from the 13 questions. These pages are suggestions, not rules. Feel free to adjust the page titles, combine pages, add pages, or rearrange them as needed. You can also use the suggested content from the GPT wherever it fits best. Step 1: Add Page One 𝗣𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲: 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜𝘁 𝗜𝘀 This page is your clear, general overview. Think of it as the “if you only read one page, read this” page. Include: - What your community is (one clear sentence) - What happens inside (2 to 5 bullets: support, calls, resources, community, structure) - The outcome or payoff (what members can expect to get or achieve) - How it works (cadence, format, what to do first after joining) - How to join or take the next step (CTA and any link or instructions) Step 2: Add Page Two 𝗣𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲: 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗙𝗼𝗿 This page is where your best-fit people recognize themselves quickly. Include: - Who you help (role, stage, or situation) - What they want (the goal they are working toward) - What they are dealing with right now (2 to 5 quick bullets, specific and real) - Good fit signals (who will thrive here) - Not for (optional, but useful if it prevents misalignment) Step 3: Add Page Three 𝗣𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲: 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗜𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 This is the page that creates meaning and momentum. You are connecting what you offer to the real-life problem it solves and why it is worth someone’s time, energy, and money. Include: - The problem your community exists to solve (what is not working without this) - What changes when someone joins (the before-and-after in plain language) - Why you are the person to lead it (your angle, values, experience, or approach) - What makes this different (1 to 3 clear points, no buzzwords) - The next step (CTA again, simple and direct) Step 4: Add Page Four 𝑷𝒂𝒈𝒆 𝒕𝒊𝒕𝒍𝒆: 𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕’𝒔 𝒊𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆 This is the “nitty gritty” page. It is where you spell out the details so someone can quickly see what they get.

What’s the benefits of this
Something I’ve Been Noticing Lately
🌿 Noticing a Pattern Around Stress & Burnout Something I’ve been noticing across a lot of conversations lately is that many people already know what helps them regulate — journaling, movement, breathwork, time outside, mindfulness — and still feel overwhelmed or exhausted. It doesn’t seem to be a lack of tools. More often, it’s that when life is busy or stressful, access to those tools becomes harder, not easier. That gap between knowing and being able to use support feels important. I’m curious whether others have noticed this too — especially in wellbeing, coaching, or community spaces. What do you think makes support harder to access when people need it most?

A Calm, Private Mindfulness Space
🌿 A Private, Low-Pressure Mindfulness Space for Stress & Burnout I’ve created a 4-week mindfulness course hosted inside a small, private Skool community for people who are experiencing stress, overwhelm, anxiety, or burnout — and who want support without pressure to perform, share, or keep up. This space is designed for people who: - Prefer to engage quietly or at their own pace - Feel overwhelmed by high-energy coaching spaces - Want structure without obligation - Need something supportive that fits into real life The course includes short guided meditations, calming audio, reflection and journaling prompts, and optional weekly structure. Participation is always a choice — there’s no expectation to post or interact. It’s intended as a calm, steady container for people who want to slow down and reconnect gently, rather than push for change. If this feels like something that might support you — or someone you work with — you’re welcome to take a look. Happy to answer any questions.
