🌿 Noticing a Pattern Around Stress & Burnout
Something I’ve been noticing across a lot of conversations lately is that many people already know what helps them regulate — journaling, movement, breathwork, time outside, mindfulness — and still feel overwhelmed or exhausted.
It doesn’t seem to be a lack of tools. More often, it’s that when life is busy or stressful, access to those tools becomes harder, not easier.
That gap between knowing and being able to use support feels important.
I’m curious whether others have noticed this too — especially in wellbeing, coaching, or community spaces. What do you think makes support harder to access when people need it most?
