ETS for me. It’s have loved HoF too but ETS has relived my everyday back pain and made me much more mobile where I have needed it.

@Yolanda Anderson I just did one, I am actually beginning to enjoy them now. Your time will come!
One month in.
I thought I would share a little of my experience as now I am officially one month in. I have been pretty consistent with ETS and HOF doing both twice a week and also some work on flex theory for fighters, fix my knees and heal my shoulders. My main big win is how I feel in the morning-much less stiffness and much greater mobility. This is also true after long car journeys which often left me very tight. The back pain I experienced most days is limited to passing moments and getting better each day. My mobility improvement has meant I have joined Muay Thai class and feel comfortable kicking to waist height which I just was not able to do before. My hamstrings have responded the best to the training so far and I can put my elbows down about half way through a ETS class, which at the beginning of my journey seemed it would take much longer. I still have some way to go with hip rotation and my left adductor is still a limitation of mine (old injury) but I have noticed an improvement too here. @Andre Victorian mentioned in one session to give it 90 days so I will post again then but I so far with the content and community I feel excited for the next 60 days!

@Yolanda Anderson thanks. Give it 30 days or so of consistency and see where it can take you. I would love to hear from you-please do let me know your progress.

@Polly Williamson thank you! The man has skills, no denying!
New here hello everyone!
Hello everyone!!! Im new here but very excited to be here. Ive been on a weight loss, mind/body connection journey for about 10yrs now. Ive lost 145lbs naturally. I was very sedentary all my life so becoming athletic took time and discipline and now that my body is as defined as i want it to be im looking to become more flexible and balanced. Flextheory came up in my algorithm most likely because ive been looking for exercises and routines to become more flexible. Looking to see what i can learn. Ive copied some small movements before joining and i love them. Thanks for having me!!

@Yolanda Anderson great intro. You will find so much helpful material here!
First day down
Well I have to say, I’ve never experienced spending 34 minutes in a straddle position, and that alone by itself was a revelatory experience to say the least! Love it. Also, the heal your shoulders is exactly what I needed to rehab old injuries, and fight to get the ability to lock my arms out above my head again.

@Josh Meyers Enter the straddle has been fantastic for me. It will benefit you in so many ways!
Hello!
Just joined the community. I'm on a wellness journey to stay mobile and have healthy joints. My main obstacles are consistency and chronic pain. Looking forward to stay encouraged and push through.
