What are your values?
Hey everyone! I'm thinking of making a mini course that will help you discover or clarify what your highest values are. I'm curious, what are you values? Try to say them in one word. I'll go first!

IDG Assessment Surveys
Hello All, I am working with a client on their talent development needs and am exploring using the IDG Guide to do a 360 degree style survey for the stream leadership teams. Looking forward to any best practices I can emulate. Thanks in advance.

Client Value Challenge: 2nd dimension: THINKING
ok, let's continue our reverse-engineering challenge with the 2nd dimension: Thinking. 👉 Here is the Google Doc to add your reflections about the real client outcome for the IDG skills under the 'Thinking' dimension If we can get some first insights before Tuesdays hangout, we can discuss them again next Tuesday, 12.30pm

@Sarah Santacroce Good Day, here is a 'reasonable reason' as we say 🙂, haven't been able to do my contribution this week as most of the time, I was away from my desk, so wondering if I can add much to today's huddle.
Let's discuss the real value of the BEING dimension for organizations
Hi everyone I invite you to join me next week for a 30-minute discussion about what's come up so far in our reverse-engineering Client Value Challenge. If you haven't had a chance yet to contribute your thoughts on what the concrete outcomes of the IDGs are for organizations (their pain points), then I invite you to have a look at 👉 this post and add your contribution to 👉 this Google Doc And if you can, join the conversation next Tuesday, 8.30 am CET 🦋 Have a wonderful weekend Sarah (and Nadene) P.S. Here are some other posts in the community that you might find interesting: > Learning Planet Festival Jan 21 - 28, 2026, we're looking for 3 experienced co-facilitators to host 3 sessions > Nature-Inspired Inner Development: @Denise Pang has kindly shared her wonderful resource with us > Participate in COP 30: different events

@Sarah Santacroce I just added a few thoughts on the google doc. Staying tuned on how this unfolds. It is timely for me as I am currently working with a Client on Talent Development project and currently reflecting on how this can become a part of my offering to individuals and the organization. Quite Serendipitous for me.

@Sarah Santacroce Loved the razor sharp, focused discussion; loved the 30 min. format.
The strength of a perceived 'weak' trait.
What if I told you there are people who are naturally empathetic, creative, curious, long-term thinkers. People with a deep appreciation for nature, who are altruistic, cooperative, and caring? People who want to contribute, not compete. Yet, we don’t see them leading as often as we should. Why? Because many of them see their sensitivity as a burden, rather than a gift. High sensitivity can feel like a double-edged sword. These sensitive people often get lost in self-doubt, insecurity, indecisiveness, and overstimulation. But they posses the qualities we need to drive real, human-centered change in business, society, and our planet. These sensitive individuals are the new generation of change makers. The ones who can connect empathy with action, and purpose with impact. If we can empower them, show them their strength, and give them the space to lead, we can create something truly meaningful. 🌸 Love to hear what you think or if you have any questions on the matter!

Precisely the reason one needs a Mentor @Fleur Meuleman , who can say, "go for it, this is for you, or you can do it" etc. There is also, no need to for a very well-defined Mentoring Program as such, just spending time with people who share your values can do wonders.
