Introduction!
Asalam o alaikum My name is Tehreem Salman. I am a housewife and a newly mom Age 23 years, height 5.2, current weight 96kgs after delivery of my child after delivery my weight was 87 and then it rised and now i am stuck on 96 kgs and feel so low and have no energy to stay consistent I tried to do diet several times but failed I am from Pakistan but currently settled in Austria city Vienna . I have 1 child 11 months older and a housewife and take care my house and child full time I have PCOS and insulin resistance after my baby from last 11months I want to lose weight and feel energised. My biggest struggle is staying consistent and made a routine.
