Hello everyone! Could you please share with me which app you’re using to track your weight, measurements, and body fat%? Also, which app do you use to track your nutrition macros? Appreciate alot! 🙏🏼

I use inbody app since that is a scale that is at my local gym to measure body fat percentage… I also use the Fitness app for weight measurement and photo tracking which is provided by the breakthrough body blueprint coaches. I also utilize the premium version of MyFitnessPal. Hope that helps!

Strength training will always be my anchor… but let’s be real, I have other happy places too. 😂💪✨ When I’m not hitting the machines and dumbbells, you’ll find me in one of these spots: 🖤 Pilates on the reformer (humbling but addicting) 🏓 Pickleball (my cardio that doesn’t feel like cardio) 🪩 Zumba (instant mood booster) 🚴‍♀️ AMP Cycle (edm party overload) It’s the combo of movement + community + fun that keeps me consistent, even on the weeks life is loud. 🙌 Your turn, BBB fitness fam 👇 What’s YOUR happy workout space when you’re not doing traditional strength training? one of my happy places is pickleball court!!! Got around to recording just some social pickleball at friends’ bday party! lol my lateral movement is all there because of my shin stress reaction on my left foot but can still kill it out there! lol 😂 @Adam Martin 🥳🥳🥳 🥒 🏓

Today I'm greatful beeing me! Why? Because despite all the negativ aspects of my life choises and the consequenses around them, I feel blessed that I have found myself. I started to follow a man from the other side of the world, that had resonable thoughts around fitness and health in April last year. I had begun going to the gym already in February but didn't know how to do a proper work out. And I didn't have the resources to get a PT. But with my new job I knew that I had to get stronger. This guy, he asked me why I had pressed the follow button on IG. Oh wow, he held me responsible for my choice.. We chatted for mayby 15-20 mins. I was at the gym and at that moment I felt more alive then I had for a long time! New job, new beginning with the training, someone saw me! ME!! Days later I got the BBB programs, and I followed it for 5 months before my joints and my muscles were too sore to continue lifting weights and I needed to prioritise work. In december I missed all the training, comming home after work just sitting in the sofa, or recliner .. the sorness didn't give up. All bloodtest were good but I felt restless. I wanted to continue the fitness journey. Then I found this community and this was it! The guy that had planted something solid im my mind was there again, holding me responsible - for myself. It wasn't acually about weight or food or looking fit. (That comes second, at least for me) No. It was about what I owe to myself! What picture I want to show of myself to my family. I stumble, I'm processing and progressing. But step by step I will get better on doing whatever it takes to be me. Thanks @Darren Liu for beeing.. you! Todays walk - 5983 steps, and 4,75 km

Rare outting without the kids tonight, which usually means spending an hour or more stressing tf out about what to wear and telling myself mean things while trying on a bunch of clothes that I don't feel good wearing because I'm upset about my body. This evening I put on new clothes in new sizes and didn't change clothes once. I am just excited and felt like this is a safe place to share. 🖤

@Kathleen Haney I had filet medallions broccolini and some Jasmin rice for dindin when I randomly went out with friends since it was parents night out… ugh I might have had 1 or 3 too many wine 🍷 glasses as well Lolol but the core memories made were worth it…
