I’ve realised most of the people I call say they want jobs not estimates but the thing is I can’t guarantee them jobs as that’s based on their close rate. What would u guys do in that situation? I say I offer pre-qualified estimates.

well it's all about positioning. If it comes up you say oh yeah totally relatable. We usually get our client around 6 to 9 Appointments in x days and that's usually around 1-2 jobs every month. Just so you have a benchmark. Obviously you need to have some experience or numbers to make that call but when you already did ads do the math and work with more pessimistic conversion rates. It's really not about guranteeing everything but just to be someone who can achieve it through experience Amd btw. don't say you offer estimates. That might just be what you're actually offering but always sell them the outcome. Like the actual job count or even higher up x amout of extra revenue and then if you really want to go further add a benefit to it which fit's the niche and the service you have. For me it would be we get around 1-2 sellings contracts for you in 90 days with qualified appointments whonare actually ready to sell and already know you before you even have the first inperson meeting or smth like that. really niche specific

Do the tradie businesses use whatsapp in USA? or sms? i don't have a usa number since i live in europe but was wondering if i could contact the businesses on whatsapp

I don't think you can do that in USA tbh. Sms would work tho. There are just to few business and people using it over there At least for outreach or follow up. For client communication Whatsapp is alright; they will just need to get it for you but thats fine

Hey guys, if I’m running a client 2 ads each in its own ad set, does it matter if both target the same exact audience when I set up the locations to target?

@Deneth Perera well I just share my screen on the onboarding call and go over about the area which is okay for them. I can't really select suburbs or certian post codes like in orther countries so I just work with the circles

Pausing ads over the holiday or just low spend?

Hey guys, Would it make sense to just lower ad spend for the holidays (from around Dec 20th to Jan 1st) or completely turn the ads off? I'm asking mainly because of worse ad performance and wanting the best results for the money. It feels like wasted spend to fully blast ads during that time, at least in my niche. So, how much would it impact the ads to turn them off and on again vs. keeping a low ad spend during that time? Realistically, I’d only get a few link clicks a day with a low spend of ~$7, but would that enable FB to do its thing better when ramping back up in the new year? Note: This is for ads that haven't been running for more than a month. Cheers

@Yousuf Hashimi Yeah, yeah, I know. For me it's the opposite. The only real question is, is it better to have a lower ad spend over the next two weeks to then have better ad performance in January, or can you save the money, turn it off during the holidays, and still have the same performance at the start in January?
