The Most Valuable Thing I’ve Ever Built (JAB), Now FREE...
tl;dr: I have decided to make Jimmy's Agency Brain completely free for a limited time as I really just want to help as many of you as I can. You can access it by getting to level 2. Access it Here https://www.skool.com/kings/classroom/421ef76e?md=30a2b553536f43bf8fde5992a0fc1c3e When I started this group, my mission was simple: Help as many agencies as I can run their business properly, master service delivery, and keep clients forever. Because the truth is, most of the problems in our industry, the churn, the constant client hunting, the burnout, come from never really nailing the fundamentals of running an agency and looking after clients the right way. I’ve spent years coaching thousands of agency owners, and I kept seeing the same questions come up over and over again: - How do I keep clients longer? - How do I fix delivery issues without losing trust? - How do I run my agency like a business, not a hamster wheel? That’s why I built Jimmy’s Agency Brain, an AI assistant trained on over 3,700 real coaching calls I’ve done with agency owners. It’s like having me in your pocket 24/7, ready to give you my real, proven answers instantly, no fluff, no theory, just what works in the real world. This tool used to be paid, but I want it in the hands of as many serious agency owners here as possible. So I’m making it a Level 2 Gift and COMPLETELY FREE. All you need to do to unlock it is: 1. Make a post in the group 2. Comment on a few other posts That’s it. No cost, no catch, just show up, engage, and you’ll get lifetime access to something that can genuinely change the way you run your agency. Because if this group becomes full of agency owners who get it, who master service and client retention, we raise the standard for the whole space. Let’s make that the norm. – Jimmy

Jimmy Gold
I was listening to the training by @Uncle Jimmy Mitchell and it reminded me of what I need to do. Get leads. The DTC insight and the 3-2-2 method has been golden, (ADHD loves a process). Landed a CrossFit gym so I am keen to see what this brings.
A lead magnet is worth $8,653?
Hey guys, I'm sharing a quick win here. Many of my clients' lead magnets weren't converting. When I told my client to delete their 21-page PDF and their shiny "Automation Blueprint" lead magnet, they thought I'd lost my mind. “But we spent $1,200 on those!” they said. Here’s what happened next: Their lead magnets were getting 312 downloads per month. Conversion to sales? 0.3%. That’s ONE paying customer for every 300 leads. Brutal. The problem wasn’t the content, it was the delivery model. Because here’s the uncomfortable truth: Anything that requires a download like PDFs, automation maps and swipe files... ...ends up in the same folder: “To Read Later → Never.” No guidance, no transformation and zero reason for people to come back to you. So we killed the downloads. Instead, we built a Micro-Lesson Series, a 5-day sequence of high-value lessons (and common mistakes) delivered directly via email and SMS. No files, no friction. Just structured insights showing up daily where people already pay attention. Month 1 results: $8,653 in revenue from 89 leads. That’s a 9.7% conversion rate. From the exact same traffic source. Here’s what made the difference: 1️⃣ Commitment > Collection 5-day Micro-Lessons create action-takers. Downloads create “I’ll look at it later.” 2️⃣ Pain-first positioning “5 mistakes you're making on [TOPIC]…” triggers urgency. People run from losses faster than toward wins. 3️⃣ Daily trust stacking Show up 5 days in a row → you become familiar. Familiar converts. The wildest part? The content was 80% recycled from those forgotten downloads. The rest 20% I've used a Claude Project set up with client's TOV. Same ingredients. Better delivery. Completely different outcome. What about you? Are your lead magnets actually getting consumed...or just saved and forgotten? Let me know below 👇

I closed my first client!!!
One of my mentors called me last Thursday and told me to get up and do some cold calls. So I did and 18 cold calls later I booked a meeting. First sales call ever and it went absolutely horrible. I mean it was awkward, I kept accidentally interrupting him, I was nervous, and I kept stuttering. But it went good enough for him to schedule a second call for this morning. And lo and behold I closed him. Super nervous to do service delivery because I've never ran Facebook ads before. If anyone could give me any advice or anything, I'm all ears to any suggestions on where to even start and fulfill. Doing $50 a day for the first month, testing 3 ad sets to get qualified roof replacement leads. Using a custom Ai system I built to nurture the leads and book an appointment. Don't know what the ad copy or creative should be at all.

12 sales calls deep, first client
Hi guys, finally after about a month and a half of cold calling and sales calls i signed one. So client has nothing, no FB profile/page/BM etc.., so i created a fb profile for him, verified with his number, tomorrow i will create the page to not look suspicious, i wanted to run an engagement campaign for a couple of days before launching the actual ads just to get some followers and kickstart the profile so if people look, it seems legit. anyone got experience with that? should i start posting a bit of content before? will it be dangerous to run ads on a page less than a week old? i will be using my BM which is almost 2 years old with some ad spend on it (not much). Thanks 👍
