Hey everyone, Lovis here from Germany :) I worked at Parloa.com (Germany's leading AI startup, raised $550M), and before that at EQT Ventures (one of Europe's largest early-stage investors, a $1.1B fund). Now I've dropped everything and moved to SF to work on a bigger vision: Enabling every professional to build, run, and scale their own AI-powered agency to earn what their expertise is actually worth and achieve the freedom they deserve. Hi everyone, I’d love to hear a bit about how you set up your onboarding processes. I’ve reached a point where I’m having successful meetings and my offer is solid—clients usually agree to it—but then I get a bit stuck. Without a proper onboarding process to make a good first impression, many clients end up backing out. I’d like to know your thoughts on this and, if possible, how your process works.
