Starting An Agency Podcast and I WANT YOU!
Doing the first agency podcast today, and I need your help. Alright so, for those who don't know, I've been wanting to do an agency podcast for a long time. Today's the day. Recording the first one in the next 3 to 4 hours. Thing is, I need some seed stuff from you guys to work with on the call. Heads up though, this is a pretty rare chance for anyone outside my paid programmes to get personalised advice from me. The guys in the Guild get this kind of thing every week. For everyone else in here, this is your shot. So if there's something on your mind, take advantage of it. Here's what would be absolutely amazing: 1. Voice note questions → anything that's been on your mind around running an agency. Mindset stuff, concerns, stresses, whatever's weighing on you. The messier and more honest the better. 2. Copy or creatives to red-pen live → ads, landing page copy, emails, creatives, anything you want a fresh set of eyes on. I'll pull it up on the call and rip into it in real time. 3. A lead form → if you've got one you want me to pick apart, send it through too. Look, I don't fully know what the format's going to look like yet. Probably just me getting on and giving advice off the cuff. But the more you guys send through, the better this thing's going to be. What do you use to automate follow ups with leads? GHL vs n8n?
Hi everyone, so I’m using the Conversation AI bot in GoHighLevel to automate follow ups/lead nurturing for my clients as part of my DFY offer. The problem is I live in the European Union (Ireland) and you can’t buy an Irish number in GHL with sms capabilities, and the regulatory bundles stuff is a nightmare. Even when I start getting American clients, you have to go through A2P registration and that often times fails, and the messages are green with that ‘reply stop to opt out message’ which absolutely kills conversions. Email follow ups are even worse, so that’s not an option. The only other alternative would be WhatsApp in GHL, however it looks like if my clients connect their business WhatsApp account they lose access to it on their own phone, that’s so stupid. If you are using GHL what do you use for AI automated follow ups for appointment booking? And is what you use for US clients different from EU clients? I heard some people say n8n is what they use. Does anyone have experience with both? Appreciate the help.

I know this is a fulfilment group - anyone know setters?
Our closers are buried right now (calendars back to back, literally can't breathe lol) we just brought on another closer to create more availability , so we're bringing on a SAVAGE setter to feed them booked calls and keep the machine running as we scale. This is a COMMISSION + BONUS position: $25 per qualified show + 1% cash collected per close from appointments you booked, plus bonuses at specific cash collected milestones. We're projecting $500k/month in the next 12-14 months, and there's TONS of room to grow into a closer seat or other roles as we scale. Day to day: Working cold outbound SMS leads, calling up positive responses, and locking in 10-15 quality booked appointments per day for the closing team. High volume, fast follow-up, no babysitting. Our top setter last month made $3,500 doing exactly this. We have a higher positive response rate than anyone in the agency space right now, so leads are NOT the problem.
