Hey Uncle Jimmy, I asked this in one of your posts, but I wanted to leave this here as well in case you missed itšš» Iām in the roofing niche. Prior to that I was helping fitness coaches, and I had a client for who I was running some ads for. After that client, I realized how hard service delivery can truly be. I spent almost 300 hours doing service delivery for that client, researching their market and setting up the VSL funnel, Dealing with complex softwares, walking into a world you kind of know nothing about⦠And now that I want to land clients in the roofing niche I have a lot of resistance. First of all, almost all of them have been burned 2-3 times and are not willing to try anything unless if itās cheap upfront/low risk (data based on almost 600 cold calls now). Second of all, even if I land then, Iām totally new to how contractors and blue collar businesses actually work. I donāt understand service delivery well enough⦠How to set up ads, but most importantly, how to qualify the leads for them and do the setting⦠How will any of that work? How is the buyer psychology of the client of my client? And yeah sure, Iāve done 100+ hours or research online, and even talking to roofers over the phone, and AI, reddit, all of that⦠But I still donāt understand my niche on an intimate level and I lack the confidence. What should I do? @Uncle Jimmy Mitchell
