I never manually add a lead to my CRM anymore. n8n + GPT-4 does it automatically.
You guys also struggling with tracking leads manually? Every new lead — open spreadsheet, add name, email, company, status. Miss one and it's gone forever. Here's what I built to fix it (~$8/m): 1. n8n catches every new lead automatically Facebook Ads, Typeform, contact form — doesn't matter. Every submission fires the workflow instantly. 2. GPT-4 scores the lead — Hot, Warm or Cold So you always know who to call first. No guessing. 3. Google Sheets gets a new row automatically Name, email, company, source, AI score, date — all added instantly. CRM always up to date. 4. Gmail alerts you for every Hot lead You get an instant notification the moment a high quality lead comes in. Total cost: ~$8/m. Never lose a lead again. Anybody got thoughts? Hope this helps someone 🙏 — happy to walk through it if anyone gets stuck. Thanks!

Does it source the company owner’s name and business email as well? And if so, how accurate is it?
Anyone else in SDK Guild?
Hey everyone, I just signed up for The Guild program… And I’m looking to connect with likeminded people inside The Guild who want to scale their agencies and grow together. If you’re someone who likes to discuss new innovations, media buying, sales, appointment booking, client delivery or anything else in between, let’s connect and grow together. Having likeminded people is one of the most important things on this journey. I’ve been a full stack digital marketer myself for 3 years and worked on some of the biggest offers in the coaching space, and now I want to scale my agency past 10k/mo. If you’re on the same journey, connect with me on IG @mani.yavarifar or reply to this post

FB keeps fucking me
Hi guys, 1 month ago i made a post about fb permanently banning my personal acc, i lost all access to 8 clients i had active. I created a new BM using my sister's acc, bought a couple ARI accounts and added them as admins, and in the span of 9 days i gradually got back access to all clients assets. Everything went well for 2.5 weeks, then they banned the BM ;), and i didn't get Admin access to my clients assets, only partner access trough my BM. so guess what? lost access to all clients resources (11 clients), again. I bought a verified BM hoping this one will last longer, and i'm going to also get double admin access to all client's BM's, hoping this will keep me safe if an admin or the BM gets banned... we'll see Lesson: don't procrastinate on building a good fb setup, bc from talking with a lot of other people and doing some research and experiencing this my self, FB sometimes bans you with NO reason, and when it happens, it's not fun. so: 1. always have 2-3 admins with full access inside your main BM 2. always get full partner access, and full admin access to the clients BM (if possible add 2 admins). This way you'll be protected from most ban scenarios.

I’m in the same situation right now. They banned my personal account, and anything in my name gets insta banned. Fucking frustrating bro Do I need to create an account from another family member’s name or something? I think they also banned my device, my macbook… because even when I create an account on my Ipad, and everything goes well for a couple of days, when I go and try to log in on my mac, it asks me for an identification of my face, and 1 hour after the account is gone…
Let Me Help You!
What’s your current situation? What’s your desired situation? What do you believe is holding you back? Answer those three and I’ll try and give you a solution

Hey Uncle Jimmy. I’m in the roofing niche. Prior to that I was helping fitness coaches, and I had a client for who I was running some ads for. After that client, I realized how hard service delivery can truly be. Dealing with complex softwares, walking into a world you kind of know nothing about… And now that I want to land clients in the roofing niche I have a lot of resistance. First of all, almost all of them have been burned 2-3 times and are not willing to try anything unless if it’s cheap upfront/low risk (data based on almost 600 cold calls now). Second of all, even if I land then, I’m totally new to how contractors and blue collar businesses actually work. I don’t understand service delivery well enough… How to set up ads, but most importantly, how to qualify the leads for them and do the setting… How will any of that work? How is the buyer psychology of the client of my client? And yeah sure, I’ve done 100+ hours or research online, and even talking to roofers over the phone, and AI, reddit, all of that… But I still don’t understand my niche on an intimate level and I lack the confidence. What should I do? @Uncle Jimmy Mitchell

I’m lost, I need help
Hey Uncle Jimmy, I asked this in one of your posts, but I wanted to leave this here as well in case you missed it🙏🏻 I’m in the roofing niche. Prior to that I was helping fitness coaches, and I had a client for who I was running some ads for. After that client, I realized how hard service delivery can truly be.
