Roast my home improvement creative
Got a few launches scheduled for monday. Testing still vs before/after vs video creative. 1. Help me improve my offer (residential painting) 2. What formatting/size should all of these be? 3. Anything make or break to change Plain white blobs will be deleted of course. Any feedback appreciated @Uncle Jimmy Mitchell @Caleb Simpson @Thure Sander

Can't get good creative from client
I have a couple launches coming up where the clients just don't have anything I can work with. Contractor niche so pics are important. Any tips?
Quick Question
Quick research question (not selling anything): I’m validating an idea around AI search visibility (ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, etc.). The angle I’m exploring is making this very simple for agencies: - A live customizable dashboard you can share directly with clients - Clear visibility into how AI talks about a brand vs competitors - The ability to scan for AI crawlers / AI-driven visits - Heavy automation so it doesn’t add manual SEO work I know there are other apps that offer this but based on my current validation, many users feel they are too complicated, inaccurate, and would like a live share able dashboard feature so its easy to offer as an upsell. I plan to offer a solution to all of these complaints. The goal isn’t to replace SEO — it’s to make AI visibility something agencies can easily understand, prove, and upsell. Before I build this fully, I’m trying to understand:Would something like this be something you’d A) Use internally B) Offer as a client-facing upsell C) Not care about at all Totally fine if it’s C — honest feedback helps more than hype 🙏

Conditional Logic vs Making Lead Opt-Out?
Launching ads soon for a home improvement client. Obviously qualifying leads on instant forms is important but I'm questioning how to go about it. Should I: - Set conditional logic on the lead form to kick the lead out of the form if they don't meet the criteria - Or simply not have a bad option in the lead form Example with budget question: - Our minimum budget starts at 8K for a project, so we offer "below 8k" as an option on budget question, but if they choose "Below 8k", it kicks them out of the form. - Just don't show any option for "Below 8k" The reason I'm considering this, is I'm wondering if people will just submit the form with the next lowest budget available (even though it's still too expensive for them), just because they're curious - even though they'd be a bad fit.
