Client says yes then airs me
I had a sales call about a week ago. Ran the prospect through our service and everything else then when stating the price he seemed hesitant and had to talk to his partner. They said they can’t afford it but looking at this client there’s so much growth and potentials that thinking long term this client would eventually pay me my fee plus commission so I offered a lower price and they agreed. Got them both on the onboarding call and they loved it, heard nothing but yes so I added them to a WhatsApp gc and they said they will pay me Friday due to them getting payed and we will start the service Friday (yesterday) I’ve sent multiple messages to them asking for the content I needed, login details and everything but I’ve just been aired and the clients are still posting stories so idk what to do I just messaged reienforcing how we can help them and said lmk when you’re ready to move forward but why say YES make me set everything up and then u air me like at least have the balls to say ‘no we don’t want to move forward’ but airing me and leaving me on the sidelines does my head in especially when I tried doing them a favour by helping them and charging 7x less the price smh Can anyone recommend what I should do now? Should I call them? Or just leave it and move onto the next prospect

Struggling with Service Delivery & Offer Structure
Hey everyone, I need some insight on service delivery, as it's making me question my offer a bit. I’m currently generating results for my clients at an average cost of $13 per lead, while working with an ad budget of $25–$30 per day. However, I realized that at this budget, I’ll never be able to exit the learning phase. From what I understand, I’d need to scale to around $70 per day to leave the learning phase and start seeing more consistent, high-quality results. The issue is that I’m offering a free trial where clients only cover ad spend. But if my goal is to push past the learning phase, the required budget becomes quite high—around $2,000/month just for ad spend—before even factoring in my service fee. That seems like a big investment for many clients. So I have two key questions for those with experience: 1. Should I prioritize leaving the learning phase to ensure consistent, high-quality leads, or does it not matter as much in the early stages? 2. Given a $13 average cost per lead, what’s a reasonable ad spend to recommend for a client starting out? I’d love to hear your thoughts on this. Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Website Rating
I recently launched my agency website and I'm curious about other people's opinions about the appearance, readability and content. Here's the link: invigorum.com ps. the main language of the site is Polish so the English translation may be strange sometimes, let me know if something sounds strange in English and I will fix it :)

Ad fatigue?
Hey guys, we've been running ads for nearly a month with a good CPL that varies between £2-4 per lead. For the last couple of days the CPL increased to £9. We left the ads 2 days but nothing changed. Would this be ad fatigue or could FB be testing a new audience? I don't want to tweak anything so we don't enter the learning phase again. But the question is, how do you know if it's ad fatigue or not? I am a bit confused as the frequency is not that high and the CTR is good enough. I saw that we got a good amount of clicks but only 4 leads converted from them. Could this be a lead form problem? Thanks! Note: this metrics is only for the 12th march - 14th march
