WEEKEND BLOWOUT vs MONDAY RESET (REAL NUMBERS)
I went from 92.7kg on Sunday down to 90.1kg today That drop actually included a big weekend blowout at our gym Christmas party 😂🍰 Here’s the point I want to make: You don’t gain all your weight in one day… and you also don’t lose it in one day. It’s what you do over time that counts. After the party, I didn’t spiral. On Monday I: - Reined it back in 💪 - Had one proper meal for dinner (kept it simple and clean) - Drank plenty of water - Kept my movement up (steps / training) A breakout WON’T wreck your progress… 👉 But only if you respond well afterwards. Enjoy Christmas. Enjoy the parties. Just know this: if you go big one day, you need to pull back the next – fast a bit, lower your calories, tighten up your food choices, move your body and get back on track. It’s not about perfection.
