Over 6 months since I hit the gym! 💪
Didn’t go hard at the gym … 10 mins bike & 10 mins treadmill before refereeing a basketball 🏀 game. Dinner doesn’t look flash but tasted delicious … Coconut Lentil Curry with a dollop of Greek Yoghurt, chopped cucumber & 1/4 banana 😋
Over 6 months since I hit the gym! 💪

The word is Challenge
This whole thing is built around that one word. A challenge is a test. Not against anyone else — against you. For one person, the “challenge” might simply be: ✅ 10,000 steps a day ✅ eat clean ✅ drink more water ✅ go to bed earlier For someone else, it might be: ✅ add 2–3 workouts a week ✅ stop skipping strength training ✅ lock in a routine ✅ cut the excuses Different starting points. Same mission. Because growth only happens when we do what we haven’t been doing. So ask yourself today: What’s the one thing I’ve been avoiding… that I need to start doing to improve? Pick it. Commit to it. And let the challenge change you. 💪🔥
