Something that helps me daily.
I take protein water which isnโ€™t as heavy as a shake and provides that little get up in the afternoon. I will have 500mls and 1 scope of protein water and Pineapple is the bomb. I will use half before my 8-10km walk/run and have the remaining when completed. Give it a try

2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder 30 grams of mixed oats 1 cup of strawberries I hand full of blueberries Small amount of Almond milk Love this everyday

Part of my daily session is an 8km walk which is now Iโ€™m starting to run parts of, knees are getting better each day. The best part is the 3-4 Skillon stairs that n the middle part great for cardio. Also the view is t to bad. ๐Ÿ˜Ž This helps the mind also.

@Kit Concepcion for myself it was finding the time daily to walk, gym etc as my work is office based and 10-12 hr days. Once you find the balance in you day it seemed get easier.
