What to say?

So I'm finding that I am not sure exactly what to say in situations where I'm, out of the blue or at a gathering of some sort, especially around the holidays, asked what am I up to? How do you work with people? Tell me about your business? I've always struggled with the ""elevator speech." I'd love to work on this on a call at some point. And learn how to keep it short distinct powerful into the point and get them on a phone call with me… This is just a different way of working that I have in the past.
