Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here 🤍 Thrive+40 is a supportive space for women over 40 who want to feel strong, steady, and confident again. You don’t need to be perfect or “on track” to be here. You just need to start where you are. WHY THRIVE+40 EXISTS Thrive+40 was created because women over 40 were never meant to fight their bodies. As our bodies change—energy, hormones, recovery—many plans stop working. Too often, women are told to “try harder” or go back to what worked years ago. Thrive+40 offers a different path. This is a strength-first, shame-free space focused on: • Nourishing nutrition • Sustainable movement • Mindset shifts that actually work after 40 Here, progress matters more than perfection. Consistency is built through support — not willpower. Thrive+40 isn’t about shrinking yourself. It’s about becoming strong, grounded, and aligned with who you are now. 💪 Something I Never Thought I’d Do…
Chin-ups were always a goal of mine… but for years, I couldn’t do even one. Last year, at 50, I finally did it. Actually… I did 2. Now?👉 I can do 4. No extreme plan—just consistency over time. I’m sharing this because it’s easy to think, “maybe I can’t do that…”But you can get stronger. At any age. What’s a physical goal you’ve always wanted to achieve? 👇 💜

🌸 Hormones After 40 – Day 5: You’re Not Alone
If you’ve been reading these this week and thinking… “Okay, this is me.” Same. Because for a while, I didn’t feel like myself. Things slowly changed, and I couldn’t really explain it. My energy felt off My body felt different My mood wasn’t the same And I didn’t know why. This week wasn’t about fixing everything… It was about understanding what’s actually going on. And maybe realizing: 👉 You’re not crazy 👉 It’s not “just you” 👉 And there are ways to start feeling better again Even small changes can make a difference. Question for you: 👉 What stood out to you MOST this week? A. The symptoms finally make sense B. I’m not alone in how I feel C. Small changes can help D. I need to pay more attention to my body
