OKR Policy Request
Hello Tribe - I am working on implementing a system to measure the positive impact of our team. I would like to track our wins, outcomes, objectives completed (quality) and move away from tracking our time (quantity). Does anyone have examples of policies or procedures that implement OKR's (objectives and key results) for professionals? Specifically, looking to replace billable hours at a civil firm with OKR's.
