Crushed the VISION office meeting today with the civil team. Working to build the culture one brick, one interaction, at a time. We are striving to be the most effective civil division, with the best team and environment, in Washington. Custodes Bonorum Publicorum (Guardians of the Public Good).
OKR Policy Request
Hello Tribe - I am working on implementing a system to measure the positive impact of our team. I would like to track our wins, outcomes, objectives completed (quality) and move away from tracking our time (quantity). Does anyone have examples of policies or procedures that implement OKR's (objectives and key results) for professionals? Specifically, looking to replace billable hours at a civil firm with OKR's. Thank you and let's finish strong this week!

My big goals for this week are reengaging with my exercise habit; onboarding my new assistant chief; and establishing my strategic plan for 2025. I also have an executive session briefing to prepare for the board of county commissioners which takes place early next week. 2025 is going to be an excellent year!
