Recovery day from gym and currently doing two days on and one day off. Seems to be working with the work load at gym. Going pretty hard. Tanya and I have a good ally who sells peptides and gonna get a bro price for folks here. Stay tuned for that!
Had a good morning coaching then helped Kai shoot videos which was fun.
Got my writing in and a little substack post up about intro stuff for Master Maps book.
