Kicked some major butt today.
Hour of fitness focusing on less weight, more reps, focusing on more range of motion. Really lubricated my joints today. Followed by a short jog with Roxi.
Definitely hit my protein goal
I have a couple more hours but I'll finish strong with water.
I played video games for 30ish minutes today, followed by 2 hours of rehearsing for a showcase.
