- hit the academy after class for some cardio, man I dislike Tuesday’s! 😅 - Struggled a little to hit my protein today, but ended with shrimp and crablegs to get closer. - Met the water goal easily. - For leadership I attended class, then ended up doing some mentoring back at work for one of my guys in a slump which brought me out of my own mental slump a bit too!

I definitely feel better after spending time with someone and helping navigate any of their challenges. Tuesday is over!
Day 2 Check In
Movement: 49min (walking) Protein: 89g Water: at least 80 oz for sure Leader Habit: Read for 30 min Wanted to hit the gym, but snow storm got in the way. Drove 3 miles then had to come home. Hoping conditions are better tomorrow. Had a hard time getting out to walk (I don't do well in the cold). Did it, and happy I did. Hope you all had a wonderful day!

That's a good looking pup! I bet just walking in the snow is exhausting this time of year.
Day 2
Kicked some major butt today. Hour of fitness focusing on less weight, more reps, focusing on more range of motion. Really lubricated my joints today. Followed by a short jog with Roxi. Definitely hit my protein goal I have a couple more hours but I'll finish strong with water. I played video games for 30ish minutes today, followed by 2 hours of rehearsing for a showcase. Making great progress.
Pack Hunt Fitness Challenge!
Happy Friday, Tribe! It's easy to coast through the holidays and that's ok...but if you're like us and wanting to keep the momentum going into and EPIC 2026 join us for this challenge! Doing things together activates honor and enables us to do things we can't as a lone wolf. Honor is stronger than motivation and discipline. We've also created a little structure which is also a powerful tool to keep projects moving. This challenge has 5 super simple requirements (that we should be doing every day anyway but sometimes don't). 1. 30 minutes of intentional movement every day. 2. Keep your protein up ( @Tanya Folsom gonna cover this on our kickoff call this Sunday) 3. Half a gallon of water every day MINIMUM 4. One intentional self development activity; meditation, journal, ice bath... 5. Post here for accountability and celebration The Challenge Tracker is attached along the overview and we're gonna have a community kickoff call here on Skool this Sunday at 4pm PST. There's also gonna be celebration call at the end of the year when we vision your epic 2026 and there will be a winner for the most consecutive days who gets a Wolf Tribe VIP swag kit. You're welcome to invite your family and tribe of leaders to join us!

@Philip Folsom personal/professional project is for me to spend 40 minutes up to an hour max doing something involving my right side brain, immediately followed by rehearsing for a manager/agent showcase. I'm working on two scenes and I'm bringing my A-game. Some activities I have are puzzles (sudoku, crosswords, scrabble), stained glass, chess with my brother, one video game (I deleted all the ones on my phone today), gardening, or training Roxi. Even after my showcase on the 15th, I'll be doing Casting Director workshops, and it was recommended to me to use these same two scenes for a couple of months, get notes from directors, and then find new scenes.
Meditation and Momentum
Couple things; if you do not have a regular meditation practice (and its gotta be daily to get the major benefits) consider that to be a good Leadership Habit to implement this month. @Tanya Folsom and I use the Insight Timer app to track streaks and hold accountability. I shared a meditation workshop in the Classroom section of this app so give it a look! Stoked to see all the great community action on this challenge. What we do together and how we do it defines us and is the core superpower of our species. "Kinship is what has always saved us and always will"-Team to Tribe. Great to see some of my very favorite humans joining us @Ejay Menchavez and @Carolina Saverin lead many of our Wolf Tribe programs and retreats and are great folks to connect with. Also, welcome powerful brother @Brody Davis who is one of the smartest humans I know and another powerful ally joining us here. And lastly...when you're building out your hunts for this December challenge set a floor for expectations. We all know what our ceiling is when we are at our best but the floor is your non-negotiables. Cant go to the gym? Do 100 pushups. Can't write a chapter? Write a paragraph. Can't meditate for 20 minutes? Do 5. I'm still sick but instead of surrendering the field I am caught by my floor of minimum viable standards so I stay in the game and keep momentum. I'm on the floor but staying out of the basement.
