Today and I attended a sound bath hosted by and . It was a super fun experience and really fun to try something new. Thank you for having us! Love you guys!
Feeling low physically, might be coming down with something so no gym for me. I was really considering rallying and pushing through but I decided to listen to my body and take another rest day. I’m trying to be ok with that.
My reading practice continues and definitely would not be this consistent without this challenge and accountability.This is the passage that struck me tonight: “
